Il d\u00e9finit les orientations du projet d\u2019urbanisme et d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration de Ch\u00e2teau-Gontier. Le PADD expose un projet politique adapt\u00e9, r\u00e9pondant aux besoins et enjeux du territoire, et aux outils mobilisables par les collectivit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette pr\u00e9sentation permettra le partage d\u2019id\u00e9es et d\u2019informations entre les porteurs de projet et les citoyens de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Venez nombreux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mercredi 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;mars 2017, une r\u00e9union publique s\u2019est tenue \u00e0 20h00 \u00e0 la Salle des F\u00eates de Ch\u00e2teau-Gontier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette premi\u00e8re restitution publique avait pour but de pr\u00e9senter les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du diagnostic concernant notre territoire que ce soit en mati\u00e8re d\u2019urbanisme, de logements, d\u2019\u00e9conomie, de commerces ou encore de tourisme et d\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous n\u2019avez pas pu assister \u00e0 cette restitution, vous pouvez d\u00e8s maintenant retrouver le&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.webccpcg.fr\/plu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/VFINALE-CG_RP1_diagnostic_01032017_.compressed.pdf\">diaporama<\/a>&nbsp;ayant servi de support pour la pr\u00e9sentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le prolongement de cette r\u00e9union publique, une exposition sera install\u00e9e dans le hall de l\u2019H\u00f4tel de Ville de Ch\u00e2teau-Gontier.
